We supply free domain names, with each package but understand that some clients may have already purchased their own.

We can transfer your domain to our servers, and use this instead. Just add the name of your domain to the order notes.

We have two options for domain transfer - either:

Our standard domain transfer fee (£30) covers issuing/Changing the transfer code (EPP/IPS/Auth code) and pointing the domain to your new provider.

Any additional technical support beyond this (e.g. DNS configuration, coordinating with your new web designer, assisting with email migration, or troubleshooting) will be billed at £45/hour, with a minimum of 1 hour.

Internal and external transfers are charged separately.
